Eli Lilly is preparing to release new data from a late-stage trial of its newest weight loss drug.   

NASDAQ Analyst Jane King says results from the Retatrutide are expected later this year, a few months earlier than expected. The results are from a study of people with obesity and osteoarthritis of the knee. The new drug is a key part of Lilly’s new drug pipeline. Lilly says Retatrutide works differently from existing treatments and appears more effective.

Indiana University is a defendant in a two billion dollar civil lawsuit over confidential plans for a golf resort in Puerto Rico. The plaintiffs, two Indiana residents, say their plans for a resort were allegedly shared by students and a professor at the IU Kelley School of Business. The plaintiffs claim they allowed the students access to the plans for a business class in 2021, and the students then shared the plans with a competitor.   

Purdue University has launched an online version of its Master of Business and Technology degree program. Purdue says the degree differs from a traditional MBA, and it leverages emerging technology to address business challenges. The focus of the program is improving data-driven decision-making and innovation.  

Vantage Data Centers is filing a rezoning request in Pittsboro, Indiana, to build a new 285-acre data center. The plan is to rezone the space from agriculture to light industrial.
