Applications are now open for entrepreneurs and inventors to showcase their next great innovation at the $5 million Rally pitch competition. 

Indianapolis will host the Rally Innovation Conference this September. Christopher Day, the CEO of Elevate Ventures, says he is expecting up to 30% more attendees at the fast-growing tech conference.   

Day says Rally is “where innovation convenes.” With thousands of investors, civic leaders, inventors, and dreamers in attendance, Day says Rally continues to grow as one of the most popular events in Indy. To help, the Indiana Sports Corp has joined Rally to create a host committee made up of 70 people. Committees focusing on media, community, and investments have been set up to ensure the event’s success.  

When speaking of the pitch competition, Day says it is one of the largest in the world. With $5 million at stake for entrepreneurs, a panel of judges will hear pitches focusing on software, life science, hard tech, agriculture and food, and sports tech. Day says previous pitch competition winners are already expanding their businesses and moving operations to Indiana.
