INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) –   Blustery and cold for the day today. We will see temperatures well below normal for this time of the year with a few spotty rain and/or snow showers early this morning. 

Today is the first day of spring. The spring equinox started at 5:01 this morning. It won’t feel like spring for the day today.

TODAY: Mostly cloudy skies for the day today and we will also see some spotty rain and/or snow showers early in the morning. It will be blustery today.  Temperatures will fall throughout much of the day into the upper thirties and lower 40s. Windchill values will be into the twenties at times. Winds may gust anywhere between 20 and 30 miles per hour. 

TONIGHT: It turns cold tonight with temperatures falling into the ’20s. And the rain or snow will come to an end and will look for a partly to mostly cloudy sky.

TOMORROW: A little bit of sunshine heading into Friday. It will be chilly to start off the day if the kiddos are heading to the bus stop in the morning to make sure that they have the heavier jacket. We’ll look for temperatures to climb into the mid and upper ’50s later in the afternoon. Winds will not be as blustery as they have been the last couple of days .

This weekend temperatures will be staying into the ’50s. A few morning showers possible on Saturday otherwise partly cloudy with highs into the low 50s .

For the end of the weekend cloudy skies with maybe a few scattered showers possible with those temperatures climbing back up into the mid and upper 50s.
