Fever away games against Chicago Sky moved to bigger venue
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Fever’s two away games against the Chicago Sky will now be played at the United Center.
The Sky normally play their home games at Wintrust Arena, which seats just over 10,000 people. The United Center seats over 23,000.
Also, one of their road games against the Sky was switched dates. It will now be played on Sunday, July 27 instead of Saturday, July 26. The Fever’s other road game against the Sky is on Saturday, June 7.
The Sky is the second team to move their home games against the Fever to a bigger stadium. The Washington Mystics moved their home games against the Fever to CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore.
The Fever went 3-1 against the Chicago Sky in the 2024 season.
The Fever open their 2025 season against the Sky at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Saturday, May 17.
