Indiana Peony Festival celebrates 5 impactful years this May
(THE REPORTER) — Attention all peony lovers! Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 17, when the Indiana Peony Festival returns to Noblesville’s historic Seminary Park. It’s a special time to celebrate five years of festival growth, success, and community impact.
The Indiana Peony Festival presents Smith’s Jewelers as the 2025 premier festival sponsor. Together, the Indiana Peony Festival and Smith’s Jewelers – known for helping their customers create special moments of their own – are highlighting the beauty behind sentimental moments and festival traditions.
This year’s festival will feature an enhanced experience including 150 vendors, a Hoosier Row food court offering Indiana’s hometown food favorites, beer-wine-special drinks, a kids’ zone, and expanded open spaces for attendees to enjoy the park creating space and time to enjoy exquisite floral installations throughout the park setting.
“We are celebrating a milestone for the festival this year and along with Smith’s Jewelers we want to create a special and memorable experience for our festival goers, too,” Indiana Peony Festival President Kelly McVey said. “It’s a peony party celebrating our Indiana state flower for our community and beyond.”

Peonies in the Park
VIPP (Very Important Peony Person) Night – sponsored by CCHA Law – kicks off the festival on Friday, May 16 amidst the stunning backdrop of Seminary Park. The ticketed event is a fundraiser for the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization to continue its work with beautification projects, peony gardens, and horticulture education, as well as promoting Hamilton County as adesirable destination for peony lovers.
Brunch & Booms
In addition to the festivities in the park on Saturday, “Brunch and Blooms,” provides visitors with food and drink throughout the day from local restaurants in seven outdoor locations including four in the Noblesville downtown alleys.
