INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Giorgio Tsoukalos still handles with his ongoing dose of internet infamy with good humor.

It has now been 15 years since a single video frame of Tsoukalos from the History Channel show “Ancient Aliens” became one of the internet’s most lasting memes.

WISH-TV’s Felicia Michelle reminded him of the moment during a new taping of the Life.Style.Live! podcast. Tsoukalos smiled widely and recreated the moment.

Then the two got down to current business – checking in on the current projects from Tsoukalos and his teammates, including an upcoming appearance in Indiana.

“They’re coming with a live experience,” Michelle told Daybreak viewers in a Podcast of the Week segment from the All Indiana Podcast Network. “You’re going to just absolutely go crazy for (it)!”

The Brown County Music Center in Nashville is hosting “Ancient Aliens Live” on March 28. Promoters describe it as a 90-minute immersive experience based on the popular show.

During the pod conversation, Michelle and Tsoukalos both revealed a lot about themselves and their theories on “life out there.”

“All ancient monuments were in fact built by our ancestors,” said Tsoukalos. “But our human ancestors say in their oral and in their written traditions…they achieved all this stuff, the primary knowledge with which to achieve by someone that descended from the sky in physical form as their teachers.”

Michelle topped that with this:

“We actually had a conversation about aliens and how I really want to be abducted because I just want to see. And, like, you know, I just feel like I am cool enough to be abducted. I feel like I have something to offer to the aliens. I’d like to hear what they have to say to me.”
