Indianapolis Children’s Choir’s annual Sing-A-Thon set for Saturday

Indianapolis Children’s Choir hosts 6-hour Sing-A-Thon

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Break out the pitch pipes! The Indianapolis Children’s Choir will host their annual Sing-A-Thon on Saturday.

The over six-hour-long Sing-A-Thon is ICC’s annual fundraiser to raise a big portion of the money for the choir. As of Monday, they had raised around $10,000 of their $50,000 goal

“This makes sure our tuition can stay nice and low, so it’s accessible to students from all over central Indiana,” Joshua Pedde, the ICC’s executive artistic director, told News 8 at Daybreak.

Pedde, along with singer Erin Benedict, joined show to tell more about what guests can expect and how truly important the fundraiser is for their kids.

The Sing-A-Thon will run from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the ICC Performing Arts Center, 9111 Allisonville Rd. in Indianapolis.
