As home heating costs rise, Citizens Energy Group offers various tools and programs to help manage monthly payments, including budget billing and flexible payment arrangements.

“If you or a loved one or a neighbor are worried about being able to pay for your utility bills, we want to give you all the tools you need to easily manage your monthly payments,” said Ben Easley with Citizens Energy Group.

The Federal Energy Assistance Program (EAP) is a key resource for income-eligible applicants, providing help with natural gas and electric bills. Approved participants receive automatic discounts on their wastewater and natural gas bills from Citizens Energy Group.

Additional support may be available through the Winter Assistance Fund from the United Way and Citizens Energy Group’s Warm Heart Warm Home Foundation.
